LLC consists only of limitedly liable shareholders. This means that all founders are liable only to the extent of their share participation in the authorised capital of the company. The minimum authorised capital is in amount of 2 BGN (1 EUR). Company name must contain the abbreviations EOOD, when the company has one founder or OOD, when the company has two or more founders.

Preparation of all documents for incorporation of the company;

Translation of documents of the company to the necessary language;

Legalization of documents notarized abroad;

Depositing of the company’s equity to a fund-rising account;

Provision of a certificate of registration of the company, translated into the required language;

Provision of an address for registration – (EUR 240 per year).

Provision of EORI number (EUR 100).

Provision of real POS terminal (EUR 70).

Valid international passport or ID card of each founder (and manager/s, in case that these are different persons);

Bank reference for the founders and/or managers;

Notarized consent for the managers and specimen of each manager;

If the founder of the company is a foreign person, it is necessary Apostle certification of several documents;

After you send us a scanned copy of your passport or ID card, we will prepare and complete all necessary documents and will send them back to you to read, sign and notarize.

Notarization can be implemented in all Bulgarian Consulates or if there are not any at your near location, it may be performed in any foreign notary.

If notarization is performed by a foreign notary or if the founder of Bulgarian company is foreign legal person, please contact us for more information because the requirements are different for different countries.
