A novelty in next year's tax campaign will be the new forms of tax returns. The National Revenue Agency has fulfilled the instructions received under the previous government to revise the tax returns and trimming unnecessary information in them. Thus the common part of the tax return has been shortened from 8 to 4 pages, according to the instructions given by former Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski, the tax administration explained.
A new type of declaration of 1 page has also been developed, which will be submitted by people with minimum incomes who want to use the tax relief and to refund the tax collected in advance in 2014.
And in the revised version of the declaration, the attachments to it for the type of non-labor income received remain. The templates that concern the taxation of companies under the Law on Corporate Income Taxation have also been revised.
